What to do?

The staff at ETCU takes pride in delivering the very best service possible to the members. But sometimes, either due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication, or by a simple error, we slip up!

Problems can usually be solved simply by bringing the issue to the attention of the staff member you were dealing with. However, if you feel the situation has not been resolved to your satisfaction, or requires special attention, we invite you to contact our Complaints Officer.
