LOST OR STOLEN MEMBER CARD

To report a lost or stolen card call the credit union during regular business hours. After hours or weekends, call our switch provider CU-CONNECT at 416-335-8800 or toll-free at 1-800-335-2870. If you can provide them with the card number, they will cancel the card immediately. Otherwise they will call an ETCU staff member at the emergency numbers for further attention and action.

Note: Please do not leave a message for a staff member on the ETCU phone system. This will not be picked up until the next business day, and will allow for further unauthorized transactions.
